Senior Abacus Consultant (m/f/d)

Active support and consulting of customers with a high service and solution orientation
Planning and execution of Abacus installations, updates, and maintenance as a project team member or sub-project leader
Introduction of Abacus tools (e.g. Electronic Banking, AbaScan, AbaAudit) including user training
Analysis of customer needs, development of suitable concepts, and successful implementation of solutions
Further development of existing customers, identification of additional potential, as well as operation and maintenance of the supported Abacus environments
Qualifications:
IT education or further training with a focus on system technology as well as experience in IT consulting and system architectures
Several years of experience with Abacus or comparable ERP systems including creation and implementation of operating concepts
Solid understanding of IT infrastructures, security concepts, and customer system landscapes
Independent, responsible working style with confident appearance, clear communication, and high customer orientation
Very good German skills, English and French advantageous, as well as knowledge in project management and the ERP environment
