Your new challenge
In this versatile position, you will take on the comprehensive care of local and regional companies. You will accompany your clients through all phases of their business and actively develop the corporate client portfolio.
Your tasks:
Portfolio responsibility: Independent, success-oriented care and further development of an established corporate client base.
Market development & acquisition: Comprehensive advice to existing clients as well as targeted development of new business relationships in the region.
Credit process: Preparation, analysis and risk assessment of complex credit applications including preparation of decision documents.
Projects & responsibility: Active participation in internal projects and gradual assumption of additional functions within the team.
Junior staff development: Professional support and co-design of the training of apprentices.
Qualifications
You bring the following:
Education: Completed banking training with specialised further education (e.g. HF, FH, professional certificate) or a business degree.
Professional experience: Several years of practice in the care and acquisition of corporate clients in the Swiss banking environment.
Expertise: Sound knowledge in corporate financing and investment business as well as a good understanding of legal, tax and business management contexts.
Personality: Winning charisma, high advisory competence, strong communication skills and entrepreneurial drive.
System knowledge: Familiarity with the Finnova software is an advantage.
Work environment: A demanding role with high personal responsibility in a modern infrastructure.
