• Main responsibility for the personnel and results-oriented management of the Frauenfeld agency

• You possess very good sales/leadership skills and support your team with prudence and appreciation
• Further training in the insurance sector and/or sales management is desirable. Additionally, a VBV or comparable certification is required.
• You have several years of professional experience in the Swiss insurance industry and a convincing track record in sales and sales management.
• You live in the Frauenfeld region and actively maintain a broad network of relationships
• You convince through your negotiation skills, solution-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking and acting, a networked mindset as well as consistent determination
