Your mission In this key position, you are the link between innovation and talent development. While actively working on technically demanding solutions for mobile hydraulics within the engineering team, you simultaneously bear the main responsibility for our talent forge. You ensure that today’s know-how reaches tomorrow’s experts. Your impact: you sustainably secure the technological excellence of the site.

Your responsibilities

• Talent management: You take overall responsibility for the training of construction technicians EFZ – from recruitment to successful completion.

• Strategic training: You plan, organise and continuously develop the training concept to stay up to date.

• Mentoring: You are a coach and role model for young talents and coordinate collaboration with vocational schools and specialist departments.

• Engineering support: You support the core team with complex design tasks and contribute your expertise directly to product development.

Your profile

• Foundation: You have a qualification as a construction technician EFZ and bring solid practical experience.

• Pedagogical drive: Ideally, you hold the trainer course – or have the ambition to complete it with our support.

• Personality: You are a communication talent with high social competence and the ability to inspire young people.

• Working style: Structured, responsible and with a high quality standard for your own design work.
