Job Description
In an environment where information systems are at the heart of the performance and continuity of public services, we are looking for a Product/Service Line Manager for Security Information Systems.
You will manage a portfolio of major and critical business applications, used by numerous users of the State of Vaud's public security services. You will be central to coordinating specialists assuming key roles and demanding partners, as well as managing a significant budget, to ensure the security, continuity, and evolution of these systems.

Responsibilities
Main tasks:
- Manage the product/service catalogue of the line and plan its evolution to ensure its security, effectiveness, and efficiency, and meet the challenges of the beneficiary services and the DGNSI
- Ensure, for the line, the development of new products/services that meet IT security, effectiveness, and efficiency requirements throughout their lifecycle
- Ensure the maintenance, operation, and support of the line's products/services
- Lead the teams, activities, and resources of the product/service line, ensuring objectives are met in compliance with operational rules and DGNSI values
- Participate in the management of the Business Products/Services domain

Qualifications
Profile sought:
Master's degree in information systems or equivalent qualification
Training in management and knowledge of management principles according to EFQM and ISO 9000
Proven experience in a large organisation with management of a medium-sized IT team
Knowledge of the public security domain
General knowledge of ITIL and good knowledge of recent software development techniques
Ability to develop organisational agility by strengthening team autonomy and responsibility
Ability to prioritise, arbitrate, and unite a team in a high-availability environment
Strong leadership with an aptitude to promote cross-functional collaboration
Communication and collaboration skills with technical, business, and executive stakeholders
Global vision and sense of perspective
Sense of responsibility, service continuity, and public service ethics
Special on-call duties:
May be required to work outside usual hours (night, Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday)
Police accreditation required
