Optiwork AG, based in Hünenberg with a branch in Bussigny/VD, is a leading software manufacturer for the main and secondary construction trades. Our goal is to support our customers in optimising and digitising their business processes so that they can manage their company and construction projects securely.

For our location in Hünenberg, we are looking for a leader as Team Leader Professional Services (a) who passionately leads, develops, and makes our Professional Services team more efficient and our customers happier.

 

Team Leader Professional Services (a)

YOUR PROFILE:

• Technical or commercial training or degree with a strong IT affinity and business administration understanding
• Many years of professional experience in a comparable leadership position
• Team-oriented leadership style with simultaneous decision-making and enforcement competence
• Confident handling of management methods (presentation, decision-making, conflict management)
• Strong negotiation skills as well as high service and customer orientation
• Very good know-how in project management
• Solution-oriented approach and pronounced stress resistance
• French language skills are an advantage

YOUR TASKS: 

• Leading, promoting, and developing the Professional Services team 
• Responsible for achieving KPIs within the department 
• Creating regular forecasts and monitoring productivity 
• Planning and managing the team as well as ongoing orders and projects 
• Independently conducting ERP, Mobile, and DMS implementation and extension projects 
• Responsible for quality, costs, deadlines, and de-escalation in critical projects 
• Advising our customers on optimising their business processes 
• Active selling of PS services and expanding customer relationships into long-term partnerships 
• Active exchange with the development department to further develop our software 
• Regular customer contact to ensure customer proximity
