Tasks
Accounting: You are motivated to handle daily business carefully and punctually, while remaining open to changes in processes and requirements.
Managing an Office: In addition to independently managing an office, booking in the accounts payable and general ledger areas in SAP, as well as accounts receivable management in our pre-system, your tasks also include reconciling monthly closings and supporting year-end closing activities.
Legal Aid: You take on part of the processing of additional claims in the area of legal aid for the courts and actively support the team in further proceedings.
Profile
Experience: You bring the necessary flair for numbers and the required flexibility as well as the ability to think in a connected way.
Personality: You are someone who finds it exciting to face new challenges repeatedly and show willingness and initiative to embrace continuous changes.
We are looking for an open and engaging person who enjoys dealing with various demands and personalities and knows how to master difficult situations. Communication both internally and externally is no problem for you, and you see teamwork as a matter of course.
Education: You have a commercial qualification and further training as an accounting clerk. You are familiar with common IT programmes. Additionally, SAP experience in the "FI" area is a great advantage.
Language: Very good knowledge of the German language completes your profile.

The Court of Appeal Basel-Stadt is the highest cantonal court instance in civil and criminal matters. As a second instance, it reviews decisions of the civil court, criminal court, and juvenile court when contested by the parties involved. The Court of Appeal is also the cantonal administrative and constitutional court and deals in this function with orders issued by the Basel-Stadt administration that are contested. Responsible for various subject areas, it makes a significant contribution to legal certainty in the canton.
