Extra Blackjack Croupier (m/f)

On the shores of Lake Geneva in Switzerland, Casino Barrière Montreux welcomes its guests in a sumptuous setting adorned with a panoramic view of the lake and the Alps. With an area of 10,000 m2 dedicated to entertainment. Catering equally to an international and local clientele, Casino Barrière Montreux is part of the leading French group, the Barrière group, and currently includes a bar, a restaurant, banquet and show rooms, a gaming room (259 slot machines, 47 electronic games, 19 gaming tables and 1 poker room with 5 poker tables, 4 Blackjack, 1 Diceball, 2 Ultimate Texas Hold’em tables, 1 reversible Blackjack and Punto Banco, and 6 English roulette tables), and shops.

YOUR MAIN TASKS WILL BE…

You will be responsible for:

- doing everything possible to maximise the welcome, friendliness and loyalty of our clientele,

- developing and maintaining the animation at your gaming table while respecting gaming regulations and the establishment’s internal procedures,

- ensuring the honesty and regularity of the games,

- mentoring new croupiers.

CONDITIONS

Extra contract; Hourly wage: CHF 23.50 gross including holidays, public holidays, and tip participation

Start date: as soon as possible on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays

YOUR PROFILE

- With a croupier training, you are either starting out or experienced in this exciting activity, you must be proficient in Blackjack, other games will be a plus.

- Your interpersonal skills are your best asset: sense of welcome, smiling, diplomacy, courtesy.

- You demonstrate great quick-wittedness and are sales-oriented.

- You speak French orally and another foreign language.

- Observant, excellently presented and respectful of hierarchy.

- You are Swiss or European nationality.

- Impeccable morality: your criminal record and debt enforcement office extract must be clean,

- No gaming bans.
