On behalf of one of our clients located in the Lausanne region, we are looking for a
Specialised Case Manager (M/F)
with strong analytical skills and a keen interest in handling complex individual cases.
Within a demanding and regulated environment, you will be responsible for the instruction, analysis and monitoring of cases requiring thorough examination of administrative, financial and personal aspects.
Your responsibilities
- Analyse and assess individual situations requiring rigorous evaluation of the facts;
- Examine and interpret various documents and supporting evidence to determine the relevant rights or benefits;
- Check the compliance of the information provided and identify elements requiring further verification;
- Conduct interviews with users to gather the information necessary for a proper understanding of their situation;
- Research, cross-check and synthesise information useful for case processing;
- Apply the legal bases, guidelines and procedures in force;
- Issue recommendations, draft reports, letters, notes and other administrative documents;
- Participate in handling objections and ensure the administrative follow-up of decisions made;
- Ensure case processing complies with quality, fairness and confidentiality requirements.
Your profile
- Proven experience in managing and processing complex cases;
- Experience in social insurance, social assistance, public administration or a similar field is a strong asset;
- Excellent analytical, synthesis and judgement skills;
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to conduct interviews with people from diverse backgrounds;
- Ability to work independently, methodically and in an organised manner;
- Very good writing skills in French;
- Good knowledge of the Swiss social insurance system is appreciated.
