Technical Advisor in Internal Service (m/f/d)

Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, you will take on an operational role in technical service. You ensure that the required components are available and support the service technicians in preparing and handling their assignments.
Responsibilities:
Receive demand notifications from the service and examine suitable procurement solutions
Continuously monitor availability and outstanding deliveries
Clarify alternative options with the responsible departments if parts are missing
Inform customers about relevant changes in the further process
Keep technical details and product information up to date
Support service personnel with material queries
Maintain warehouse information and commercial key data in the system
Qualifications:
Technical or commercial vocational training
Initial experience in technical customer service, spare parts area or similar environment
Good technical understanding and quick comprehension
Confident handling of administrative and digital tools
Very good German skills and good English skills
French skills are an advantage
Independent, structured and customer-oriented working style
