What you will learn with us

• Care and hospitality for our guests with professional service in the internal restaurant for our residents as well as in the public restaurant for external guests, where a la carte is served or banquets take place
• Presentation of the food and beverage offerings
• Conducting sales talks and taking orders
• Impeccable appearance as a host/hostess

What you bring with you

• Completed schooling: You have completed secondary school A or B with good academic performance
• Great willingness to learn, sense of responsibility as well as service and hygiene awareness
• Helpful, sociable and team-oriented, with a strong sense of care and conscientiousness
• Neat appearance and good manners
• Willingness to work irregular hours (we are open every day)
• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• Enjoyment of diverse challenges and practical work
• Good German skills in spoken and written form are important for this apprenticeship.
