Lead Project Architect - Site Manager

We are looking for a Lead Project Manager for site management for an Architecture firm in the heart of Geneva. This role, straddling project management and site supervision, offers great versatility and a comprehensive view of the projects.

Our client, a renowned Architecture firm in the heart of Geneva, is seeking an experienced individual, skilled both in site management and project development. Active on quality projects, the firm delivers varied and unique projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as project manager, supporting the delivery team in the development of site management
• Supervise and coordinate the different phases of construction projects
• Plan and anticipate resource needs
• Ensure deadlines and budgets are met, monitor deliverables
• Provide training and oversee teams in applying internal standards
• Manage small teams on projects
• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Ensure architectural quality, client follow-up and proper file management

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Architecture (HES) or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years’ experience as an architect, site management
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to question and improve internal processes and tools
• Proficient in ArchiCAD
