Nurse (m/f/d) - Home Care - Canton of Neuchâtel (60 to 100%)

Location: Canton of Neuchâtel (area assigned according to your place of residence)
Work rate: 60 to 100%
Start date: As soon as possible
Duration of assignment: Until the end of September

For one of our clients, a home care organisation active throughout the Canton of Neuchâtel, we are looking for several Qualified Nurses to strengthen the teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure comprehensive care of patients at their home, respecting good professional practices.
• Perform technical and relational nursing care according to medical prescriptions and current protocols.
• Assess patients’ health status, identify their needs and adapt interventions accordingly.
• Develop, implement and monitor the individualised care plan.
• Coordinate interventions with various partners in the care network.
• Ensure traceability of care and information transmission within the multidisciplinary team.
• Participate in promoting autonomy, prevention and therapeutic education of patients.

Profile

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (HES), Diploma of Higher Education in Nursing (ES) or recognised foreign diploma (or in the process of recognition) allowing professional practice in Switzerland.
• Experience in home care is an asset.
• Excellent organisational skills, autonomy and priority management.
• Sense of responsibility, team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good command of French, both spoken and written.
• Category B driving licence mandatory.
• Personal vehicle essential.
