Solution Engineer Modern Workplace (m/f/d)

Role:
As a Solution Engineer Modern Workplace, you form the bridge between technology and customer. You advise companies on infrastructure, IT security, and modern workplace solutions and develop solutions that truly fit. Workshops, presentations, and architectural concepts are part of your daily routine. Technical depth and enjoyment of customer contact go hand in hand for you.
Responsibilities:
You provide technical advice to new and existing customers and prepare suitable offers.
You analyse existing IT infrastructures and develop viable solution concepts from them.
Furthermore, you develop IT architecture and implementation concepts.
You conduct workshops and presentations and convince with clear arguments.
Close collaboration with project management and engineering is also part of your role.
Additionally, you monitor market and technology trends and contribute ideas.
Qualifications:
You have completed training in the field of computer science.
You have several years of experience as a system engineer or in technical sales.
You are well versed in Microsoft environments, virtualisation, network technology, and backup solutions.
Experience with archiving and storage technologies is a plus.
Furthermore, you work in a structured, independent, and solution-focused manner.
You also present yourself confidently and actively seek direct customer contact.
