Team Leader: Service
Responsibilities
- Friendly and competent care and advice for our guests
- Ensuring a smooth and efficient service process
- Independently managing a station including cash handling, cash register closings, and daily accounts
- Active selling including upselling and recommending current specials
- Compliance with and control of hygiene standards within the area of responsibility
- Allocation and leadership of the service team during the shift in cooperation with management
Requirements
- Completed training in gastronomy or hotel management is an advantage
- Several years of experience in service or sales
- Strong sense of responsibility and assertiveness
- Customer- and service-oriented thinking and acting
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Very good German skills are required, additional languages are a plus
