Team Leader Sales Internal Service (m/f/d)

What is my role?

You take on the professional leadership of a four-person team in internal sales and ensure that customer enquiries and sales processes run smoothly.

• You coordinate your team in day-to-day business and work closely with field sales, service, and internal specialist departments.

• You are responsible for the timely and complete processing of customer enquiries, quotations, orders, as well as the correct invoicing of rental and sales orders.

• You continuously optimise existing processes and actively develop procedures further.

• As a practical trainer, you accompany commercial apprentices in their development.

What do I need to be successful?

Our client is looking for an experienced individual with a background in internal sales who enjoys bringing people, processes, and customer concerns together.

• Completed commercial or technical training, ideally with further education in sales

• Several years of professional experience in a comparable role, preferably with initial leadership experience

• Structured, solution-oriented working style with a sense of responsibility

• Strong communication skills in dealing with various contacts

• Very good German skills as well as good French skills

• Confident handling of MS Office and CRM systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365)

• Team-oriented personality who keeps an overview even in hectic situations
