Industrial Buyer – French / German 100% - PERMANENT POSITION

Your mission:

On behalf of our client, a well-established industrial company in the canton of Fribourg, we are seeking a bilingual French / German Industrial Buyer to strengthen their team and manage and monitor purchases related to their activity.

Your mission
• Manage the purchase of raw materials, components and supplies necessary for production
• Search for, select and evaluate suppliers in Switzerland and abroad
• Negotiate prices, purchase conditions, deadlines and delivery terms
• Monitor orders and ensure compliance with supply deadlines
• Ensure the monitoring and updating of supplier and item data in the ERP
• Participate in cost optimisation and improvement of purchasing conditions
• Collaborate closely with production, logistics, quality and technical teams
• Handle any disputes or issues related to orders and deliveries
• Develop and maintain a trusting relationship with suppliers

Your profile:

Your profile
• Commercial employee CFC, ideally complemented by training in purchasing, supply or the industrial field
• 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in an industrial environment
• Experience in the metallurgical industry / metalworking is a real asset
• Fluent / bilingual French and German, both spoken and written
• Good command of common IT tools and ideally an ERP
• Strong negotiation skills and excellent commercial sense
• Organised, rigorous, autonomous person with a good team spirit
• Ease in contacts with suppliers and various internal stakeholders
• Sense of responsibility and ability to manage several files simultaneously
