What is my role?

• Responsibility for operational human resources from entry to exit

• Recruitment: advertisements, applicant selection, interviews and hiring

• Preparation of employment contracts, contract amendments and work references

• Independent payroll processing in Abacus

• Management of time tracking, HR systems and personnel administration

• Coordination of absences as well as social and personal insurances

What do I need to be successful?

• Solid HR training and several years of professional experience in a broadly based HR role in an SME

• Very good knowledge of Swiss labour law and social insurance

• Extensive experience in payroll and personnel administration, ideally in Abacus

• Independent, structured and precise way of working
