Finishing Manager (M/F/X)
- Significant and successful experience in finishing jewellery/watch components
- Good team spirit and strong decision-making ability
- Proven experience in managing a workshop
- Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies and Lean Manufacturing
- Organise and coordinate the finishing activities of the workshop.
- Lead production teams and improve existing finishing processes.
- Implement and validate new processes related to new components.
- Manage non-conformities, analyse and define immediate actions.
- Calculate direct costs induced by non-conformities.
- Identify tooling needs, design, manage manufacturing and validation.
- Evaluate and implement actions to improve the overall performance of the sector.
