As Area Manager Permanent, you take overall responsibility for permanent placement in the German-speaking part of Switzerland - with entrepreneurial thinking, leadership mentality and real impact.

• You develop and support the Branch Managers and their teams in your region - both professionally and personally
• You recruit, integrate and promote talents and strengthen collaboration in line with national goals
• You implement the regional business plan, manage performance and initiate targeted measures to achieve objectives
• You actively build customer relationships, successfully place permanent positions yourself and further develop our service offering
• You promote cross-selling and support local marketing activities to strengthen our market presence

• Completed commercial training, degree or equivalent further education (e.g. business, management, HR)
• Several years of experience (3-5 years) in team leadership and business development, ideally in the service or recruitment environment
• Strong skills in sales, negotiation, key account management and growth strategy development
• Natural leadership qualities, excellent listening skills and the ability to inspire and unite teams
• Goal-oriented, entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Confident handling of digital tools (Office 365, Salesforce, SAP, ERP etc.)
• Languages: very good German skills, good English skills (B1-B2); additional languages are a plus
• Driving licence and high willingness to travel within the region (80-100%)
• A criminal record extract and debt enforcement register extract will be requested during the application process
