Sales Back Office Clerk

Tasks

• Order entry and order processing in ERP, returns, handling complaints
• Consulting and support of customers in order processing
• Order processing and its follow-up (individual, monthly and service invoices, credit notes)
• Maintenance of customer data, articles and other master data, creation of various statistics

Requirements

• Commercial basic training
• Experience in sales back office
• Confident German language skills, French and English advantageous
• Flexible, team-oriented, committed
