What you will accomplish

• Ensure responsibility for the establishment in the absence of the Manager
• Implementation of the defined strategy, standards and guidelines
• Responsibility for all operational aspects, figures and personnel management
• Representation of the company externally, including local marketing

What you bring

• Education: Completed studies (Uni/VET, University of Applied Sciences, Business School)
• Specialisation: Graduate of a hotel school or holder of a Federal VET Diploma and a higher specialisation exam in the catering sector, G1-G3
• Professional experience: Experience in a management position in the hospitality industry
• For this demanding position, you have experience as a manager and hold a G1 diploma.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• You are passionate about the role of host. Customer service is central to you, you implement the service concept and act as a role model.
