Journey Manager Lead Campaigns
What you can achieve
- You plan, coordinate and manage lead campaigns along defined customer journeys.
- You coordinate campaign content, schedules, lead allocations, briefings and operational dependencies with internal stakeholders.
- From idea through implementation to success measurement: you keep an eye on your lead campaigns and accompany them through all phases.
- You monitor campaign quality, processing speed, data quality, lead status and feedback from sales.
- You actively contribute to defining and implementing business requirements for CRM and lead management.
What sets you apart
- a completed degree in business administration, marketing, sales, business informatics or equivalent practical experience
- experience with sales campaigns and lead management or in a comparable coordinating role
- good understanding of sales processes, customer approach, lead lifecycle and cross-channel management
- analytical thinking and enjoyment in data-based measurement and further development of campaigns and leads
- high organisational skills and a good sense of priorities, timing, feasibility and impact
