- Completed commercial training or comparable further education
- Professional experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
- Sound knowledge of commercial processes as well as accounting
- High discretion, organisational talent and strong sense of responsibility
- Confident German language skills, French knowledge an advantage
- Independent, structured and precise way of working
- Confident handling of MS Office and experience with ERP systems
- Independent processing of accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
- Recording, checking and posting of invoices
- Monitoring of incoming and outgoing payments
- Carrying out dunning procedures and account reconciliation
- Support with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Maintenance and management of master data
- Correspondence with customers, suppliers and internal contacts
- General administrative tasks in finance and accounting
