Product & Material Quality Manager
Your missions:
- Define and deploy the company’s Quality strategy and evolve the standards.
- Guarantee the excellence of materials and finished products, from leather to straps and leather goods.
- Manage customer issues: complaints, non-conformities, root cause analyses and action plans.
- Harmonise Quality practices across different sites and monitor performance through KPIs.
- Support industrialisation and production to anticipate risks and secure quality.
- Develop control methods and the quality laboratory.
- Lead audits and ensure compliance with customer requirements and standards.
- Manage and develop the Quality team, instilling a culture of rigour and improvement
Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality, ideally in leather, leather goods or luxury, with solid expertise in materials and finished products.
You master quality tools (8D, FMEA, PDCA, audits…) and have already worked in a multisite and international environment.
