About the job
Reporting to Management, the Quality & Operational Excellence Manager is responsible for the implementation, management and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) at Ritschard. He/she actively contributes to the overall performance of the company by ensuring compliance with standards and promoting a sustainable quality culture.

Your responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards
- Prepare, coordinate and conduct internal and external audits
- Ensure process and procedure compliance
- Identify areas for improvement and manage associated action plans
- Handle non-conformities and monitor quality indicators
- Train and raise awareness among teams regarding quality requirements
- Monitor regulatory and normative developments to ensure company compliance
Your profile
- Higher education in quality, management or an equivalent field
- At least 3 to 5 years experience in a similar role
- Internal auditor certification ISO 9001
- Proven experience in conducting audits
- Analytical mindset, rigour and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and teaching abilities
- Experience in the transport and logistics sector is an advantage
