Specialised Case Manager

The Refugee Social Integration Centre (CSIR), attached to the Directorate of Integration and Solidarity (DIRIS), is tasked with socially supporting and financially assisting recognised refugees who have arrived in the canton of Vaud during the first years of their stay in Switzerland. As a Specialised Case Manager, you will ensure the monitoring of financial benefit payments to refugees, taking into account their various personal situations.

• Deliver financial benefits in accordance with the LASV, the LPrD and their implementing provisions
• Process entitlement to Integration Income (RI) for applicants.
• Create and update physical and electronic beneficiary files in the MAORI software.
• Meet and support beneficiaries in their rapid and sustainable integration and empowerment.
• Participate in missions and/or projects conducted by the CSIR.

• Commercial employee CFC or equivalent qualification required.
• Certificate as a generalist in social insurance preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in administrative, accounting, or financial and/or social benefits delivery.
• Experience as a workplace trainer (FPT) and/or strong interest in training commercial apprentices.
• Knowledge of federal and cantonal social legislation, with a strong interest in migration issues.
• Excellent knowledge of social insurance and social action networks.
• Perfect command of common IT tools.
• Ease in communication, both written and oral.
• Active listening and kindness.
