Maintenance Technician

Axepta is looking for one of its best partners, a renowned company based in the canton of Vaud, for a Pharmaceutical Maintenance Technician

?? Main missions

• Ensure preventive, corrective and curative maintenance of medical equipment and devices.
• Carry out fault diagnostics, analyse malfunctions and implement corrective actions.
• Perform inspection, adjustment, calibration and recommissioning operations on equipment.
• Participate in the installation, qualification and commissioning of new equipment.
• Guarantee traceability of interventions in CMMS and technical files.
• Write intervention reports and ensure follow-up of maintenance actions.
• Contribute to improving the reliability and availability of equipment.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Quality Assurance and Methods teams.
• Comply with procedures related to the GMP environment, hygiene, safety and quality rules.
• Participate in audits, inspections and CAPA actions when necessary.
• Ensure monitoring of technical contractors and suppliers.
• Contribute to optimising maintenance plans and continuous improvement.

?? Desired profile

• Technical training such as Bachelor+2/Bachelor+3 in industrial maintenance, electrical engineering, automation, electronics or equivalent field.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in maintenance, ideally in the pharmaceutical, medical, biotechnological industry or a highly regulated environment.
• Significant experience and ideally specialisation in medical devices.
• Strong skills in electricity, electromechanics, electronics and automation.
• Mastery of diagnostic and problem-solving methods.
• Good knowledge of environments subject to strong quality and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with a CMMS appreciated.
• Technical English enabling understanding of manufacturer documentation
