For our location in Domdidier with over 450 employees, we are looking for a

Area Sales Manager - Building Mittelland / Central Switzerland- 100% (m/f)

You will look after the existing customer base and acquire new customers and markets in your sales area (BE/SO/LU/OW/NW). You are responsible for the short-, medium- and long-term distribution sales targets in your sales area, involving the Product Managers and Sales Engineers.

• Planning of budgets, distribution and sales targets
• Customer and area responsibility for the entire product range
• Regular customer visits and customer care
• Maintenance of the existing customer base and acquisition of new customers and markets in your sales area
• Building and fostering strong, long-term customer relationships by working with them and understanding their needs
• Continuous budget and sales statistics control
• Support of the relevant Product Managers inachieving goals through market observations
• Participation in international events and meetings

• Basic electrical engineering training with good knowledge of building technology and automation
• Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager
• Analytical and process-oriented thinking as well as a desire for continuous improvement
• Fluent in German spoken and written, English is an advantage
• Ability to quickly familiarise yourself with new technologies and adapt to changing requirements
