Responsibilities:
- Development of complex ICT customer solutions in the B2B sector
- Complete account management and creation of sales strategies
- Management of a demanding customer portfolio and acquisition of new customers
Qualifications:
- Technical training, initiative and confident handling of customers
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the ICT/telecom sector, as well as in network management and customer support
- Fluent German and good English skills
