Salary - CHF81,900 - 93,600Our client is an internationally renowned Swiss manufacturing company in the food sector. Role:
You can expect a versatile role in international inside sales with a strong focus on export, customs and order processing. In addition to supporting international customers, you will actively participate in building internal customs clearance processes and can further develop existing procedures. You will bring both your operational export knowledge and your experience in international customer service to the role.
Responsibilities:
Processing international customer orders
Preparation of origin calculations and customs tariff classifications
Participation in the development of internal export and import customs clearance
Handling customer enquiries and complaints
Checking invoices, credit notes and price lists as well as maintaining relevant master data
Participation in international projects and process optimisations
Qualifications:
Several years of experience in international inside sales, export or order processing
Commercial basic training with further education in export, customs or foreign trade, for example as an export/foreign trade clerk
Good knowledge of export and customs processes as well as ideally in rules of origin and tariff classification
Very good German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage
Independent, structured and decisive working style
Enjoy working with international customers and internal departments
