Technical CVSE Coordinator
Our client is a healthcare organisation whose technical management oversees the engineering, operation and modernisation of complex technical systems. It leads architectural, operational and sustainability projects in demanding multidisciplinary environments, integrating cutting-edge technologies and high-performance infrastructures.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the technical coordination of construction, renovation and transformation projects, guaranteeing coherence between architectural and technical disciplines: HVAC, sanitary, electricity, structure and MCR.
- Carry out the synthesis and coordination of plans, digital models and technical documents throughout the study and execution phases.
- Identify conflicts, inconsistencies and interfaces between different disciplines and work with the relevant stakeholders to define appropriate corrective measures.
- Act as the technical interface between engineering teams, architects and project management to ensure the proper consideration of technical constraints and requirements in projects.
- Provide technical expertise to project teams, contribute to risk reassessment and anticipate technical issues likely to impact design or execution.
- Ensure the quality, coherence and proper management of graphical and digital project data in CAD and BIM environments.
- Participate in the development, evolution and application of drawing, modelling and technical coordination standards within the department.
- Attend technical coordination meetings and facilitate exchanges between different disciplines and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of coordination methods, BIM practices and project delivery processes.
Candidate Profile
- Higher technical education in the field of building, HVAC, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, building technology or equivalent training.
- Proven experience in the technical coordination of multidisciplinary projects, ideally gained in complex environments or on large-scale construction and renovation projects.
- Good understanding of the various technical building trades and their interfaces: HVAC, electricity, sanitary, structure and MCR.
- Ability to analyse multidisciplinary plans and models, identify technical conflicts and propose suitable solutions.
- Good command of BIM and CAD environments, particularly Revit (knowledge of other BIM coordination tools is an asset).
- Good understanding of the different phases of a construction project and the interactions between design, engineering and construction execution.
- Ability to play a genuine liaison role between engineers, architects and project management, translating technical constraints into concrete solutions.
- Strong analytical skills to anticipate risks, identify inconsistencies and challenge technical solutions when necessary.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills, with the ability to interact with interlocutors from various disciplines.
- Autonomous, structured and solution-oriented profile, with strong attention to the overall coherence of projects.
- French and English mandatory.
Conditions and Benefits
- The opportunity to contribute to essential infrastructures for the operation of high-quality healthcare services.
- A stimulating technical environment combining innovation, multidisciplinary collaboration and a high level of demand.
- Real career development prospects within a healthcare institution, with the possibility of a permanent position in the long term.
