Technical Collaborator at the Municipal Technical Service (100% position)
Your activities
In general, you provide professional and effective support to the Technical Service team in all procedures and tasks related to the proper management, conduct, coordination and supervision of the service's activities, in close collaboration with municipal officials, domain managers and municipal partners.
As such, you have skills and are able to proactively participate in the following activities:
- Monitoring, coordination and assistance in managing municipal technical projects
- Creation and updating of computer-aided technical plans (CAD)
- Conducting field surveys and updating technical data, input, management and reporting of information in the Territorial Information System (SIT)
- Organising calls for tenders in compliance with public procurement rules and monitoring until awards
- Monitoring road network maintenance work and coordinating interventions on underground networks, including industrial services
- Managing excavation permits, issuing authorisations and monitoring private excavation sites on public land
- Preparation and assistance in monitoring construction, renovation and development projects
- Drafting correspondence related to technical elements
Your profile
- Complete and certified technical training: building draughtsman, civil engineering draughtsman, geomatics or equivalent training
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in a public or semi-public administration with mastery of the following areas:

- Geographic Information Systems (GIS/SIT) and territorial data management
- Management of building works or technical projects
- CAD software (AutoCAD or equivalent)
- MS Office tools
Your assets
Experience in the following areas would be an asset:
- Technical monitoring of construction sites and maintenance work on municipal buildings
- Analysis of building police files and health inspections
- Monitoring private construction sites, particularly in relation to site water management (DCPE 872)
