Aoris · OrTra santé-social Vaud is a labour market organisation involved in vocational training and the promotion of the health and social work sectors.

Working closely with all partners, our association contributes to the development of training and the activities of health and social work professionals.

The incumbent having exercised their right to retirement, Aoris is advertising the position of;

Training and Skills Manager

• Start date: 1 May 2027
• Application deadline: 3 November 2026
• Workplace: Lausanne

The missions

• Organisation of inter-company courses (CI) for AFP ASA, CFC ASE and CFC ASSC professions
• Development of the training and skills division
• Achievement of strategic objectives related to the division
• Representation of the association in training matters with all partners

Your profile

• Higher education degree (ES/HES level) in health or social work
• Certified training in adult education
• Training in management or equivalent
• Proven pedagogical experience, in training engineering
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Experience in team management
• Knowledge of the network of institutions and professions in health and social work
• Knowledge of the Swiss training system
• Knowledge of the functioning of the Vaud administration
