Two Full-Time Landscape Horticulturists

Following the retirement of two colleagues, the Environment Service is looking for:

Your main duties:

You will ensure the maintenance and enhancement of municipal green spaces. You will carry out various horticultural works and landscaping, participate in the seasonal activities of the service, and supervise apprentice landscape horticulturists.

Your profile:

• Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) as a landscape horticulturist or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience after apprenticeship in garden maintenance.
• Category B driving licence (C1 an advantage).
• Strong interest in biodiversity and environmental issues.
• Very good knowledge of horticultural botany and perennial plants.
• Proven ability to teach and support apprentices.
• Good physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
