YOUR TASKS
- You provide information in response to enquiries and queries about issued invoices
- You handle invoice complaints from the outpatient or inpatient service area
- Furthermore, you obtain information from service providers and internal departments (detective investigations)
- You cancel and create new invoices (re-invoicing) and monitor outstanding items
- Finally, you ensure that patients, insurers, clinics and doctors are informed in good time
YOUR PROFILE
- You have completed commercial training and/or basic medical training
- Sound knowledge in the areas of KVG and UVG
- You have already gained professional experience in healthcare or insurance
- You are proficient in MS Office; knowledge of SAP IS-H, TARMED or SwissDRG is an advantage
- Your working style is precise and conscientious, you think in a networked way, have high social competence and are responsible
- You have excellent spoken and written German skills (level: native language); French and English spoken and written are an advantage
