Internal Sales Staff Refrigeration Technology 100%

For a traditional company in refrigeration technology, we are looking for a communicative person with a flair for technical products.

Your Tasks

• Invoicing of service performances as well as creation and follow-up of the corresponding invoices
• Telephone and written customer support (appointments, enquiries, rescheduling, complaints, quotations)
• Daily control / status monitoring of orders, administrative processing of orders
• Support of the deployment planning of service technicians, maintenance technicians and service partners taking into account priorities, personnel availability and material availability (efficient allocation of service technicians)
• Ensuring timely processing of orders
• Proactive communication with customers, service partners and other departments
• Support and deputising for colleagues in the areas of invoicing, scheduling, maintenance planning as well as other administrative tasks in the internal service department

Our Requirements

• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in internal service, back office, scheduling or invoicing; industry experience in refrigeration technology, air conditioning or building technology is an advantage
• Enjoyment of telephone and written customer contact as well as a friendly and service-oriented manner
• Technical understanding as well as a structured and organised way of working
• Good IT user skills (MS Office, Windows and Outlook); experience with Abacus or a comparable ERP system is an advantage
• Independent, reliable and precise way of working
• Resilient personality who keeps an overview even in hectic situations and sets priorities correctly
• Team spirit, flexibility and a high level of commitment
