Role:
Do you want to combine your organisational talent with exciting tasks in production? As a Production Planner 100% (m/f/d), you take on an important role in production coordination. You keep an eye on production orders, deadlines, and resources and ensure smooth processes together with various departments.
Responsibilities:
You take over the organisation and control of production orders and accompany them until successful completion.
You coordinate production processes and schedules and adjust them if necessary.
You ensure material availability and keep an eye on stock levels.
You check production capacities and identify possible bottlenecks early.
You ensure the maintenance and updating of important master and production data in the ERP system.
You create evaluations of relevant production key figures and thus support the overview of ongoing production processes.
You are an important interface between production, logistics, and other departments and coordinate the corresponding alignments.
Qualifications:
Completed technical or industrial basic training (EFZ), ideally supplemented by further training as a process specialist with a federal certificate, technician HF business processes, or a comparable qualification.
You ideally already have experience in production planning or order control.
You are familiar with ERP or PPS systems and can apply them in everyday work.
You are characterised by initiative, organisational talent, and team spirit, communicate confidently with various departments, and reliably keep deadlines and priorities in view even with short-term changes and high workload.
