For our client, a watchmaking manufacturer in constant evolution, we are looking to complete their teams with the aim of a permanent contract, a:

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the proper use and maintenance of production equipment
• Report relevant information concerning safety, quantity and performance
• Carry out various manual operations with very small watchmaking components
• Control the quality of production using a binocular microscope
• Work with automata and watchmaking production equipment
• Monitor production and perform necessary actions on equipment for the proper functioning of the process
• Sorting and packaging of parts
• Proactively participate in the workshop life and its continuous improvement

Profile:

• Production experience desired, ideally in watchmaking
• OMA Federal VET Diploma, an advantage
• Excellent visual acuity and dexterity, with experience in manual operations
• Personality with a good team spirit, calm and motivated by watchmaking
• Very good level of French (B2)
• Flexible person open to working daytime and 2x8 shifts
