What to expect

In this newly created role, you will actively shape the development of capability management at Mobiliar. You will develop the capability and skill architecture and ensure that strategic corporate goals are translated into concrete development and enablement measures. In doing so, you will work closely with the business, our HR business partners, managers and subject matter experts, making an important contribution to the further development of our organisation.

Your impact with us

You develop the capability and skill architecture and create transparency about which skills are important for business success today and in the future.

You are responsible for the methodological foundations of capability management and further develop these together with HR colleagues and specialist departments. In doing so, you translate strategic priorities into understandable skill models, target groups and development approaches, make important competence gaps visible and create the basis for prioritisation and investment.

Together with other HR colleagues, you support strategic transformation and enablement initiatives from the perspective of personnel development and capability management.

You link capability management with talent management, strategic workforce planning and learning offerings, thus creating a shared view of future skills.

Your profile

• Higher education in business administration, organisational development, HR or comparable
• Several years of experience in the areas of capability or skill architecture, strategic personnel development or organisational development.
• Enjoy structuring complex topics and deriving as well as implementing pragmatic solutions from strategic questions
• High consulting competence and integration as well as conflict management skills in dealing with heterogeneous stakeholders
• Strategic and networked thinking as well as strong implementation skills
• Fluent German skills as well as good French and English skills
