Office Manager for the Soil Competence Centre (CCSols)


Your areas of responsibility with us

  • Ensure the efficiency of CCSols operational processes in the areas of administration, finance and human resources
  • Take autonomous charge of the office and support the CCSols management in terms of administration and organisation
  • Participate in the optimisation and development of internal processes
  • Organise meetings and events
  • Establish service agreements for collaborators, ensure individual training on administrative processes for new collaborators

Your ideal background

  • Basic commercial training or equivalent qualification, further training in finance and accounting
  • Reliable and loyal personality, with a strong sense of responsibility, precise and efficient working method, and a strong service orientation
  • Willingness to take on a wide range of varied tasks; good communication skills, team spirit, flexibility and discretion
  • Very good command of MS Office tools, especially Excel; knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems is an advantage
  • Native French or German speaker, good knowledge of the other language and English
