On behalf of a well-established accounting firm in the Geneva region / La Côte, we are currently looking for a Payroll Manager to take responsibility for its Payroll department.

Your tasks with your new employer

• You take responsibility for the Payroll department and ensure the management and monitoring of all salary-related activities.
• You supervise and guarantee the smooth running of payroll processes for a varied clientele.
• You are the reference person for complex questions regarding labour law, social insurance, and payroll-related legislation.
• You support and advise clients on Payroll issues and related legal aspects.
• You ensure regular monitoring of legal developments and their implementation.
• You contribute to the quality, reliability, and optimisation of the department's processes.

You offer your new employer

• You have several years of experience in the Payroll field, ideally gained within an accounting firm.
• You have solid technical expertise, particularly in social legislation, social insurance, and labour law.
• You have several years of experience in an accounting firm or a comparable environment.
• A recognised qualification in the field of salaries, social insurance, or human resources.
• You are autonomous, rigorous, and comfortable managing complex situations.
• You have an excellent sense of service and enjoy contact with a diverse clientele.
• Good knowledge of English is an advantage.
• You wish to commit to a position of responsibility within a human-sized structure.
