What you achieve

• Together with Product Owners, system architects and the teams, you develop a product vision and roadmap for application integration, the OpenShift platform and our developer experience platform.
• You are responsible for the further development and prioritisation of our product portfolio within the framework of SAFe and align investments to the greatest benefit for software development.
• You know the needs of our development and DevOps teams and translate them into powerful platform services.
• With Agentic AI, you promote standardisation, automation and self-service and simplify software development.
• You network technical specialists, architecture, internal customers and external technology partners and create understanding of goals and priorities.
• You develop our platforms with a future-oriented approach, combining developer experience, stability, security, cost-effectiveness and technological progress.

What you bring

• You have a university degree or comparable education and training in computer science, business informatics or a related field.
• You bring solid experience in product management of IT products or platforms and are familiar with working in an agile organisation, ideally according to SAFe.
• Modern software development, DevOps and platform concepts are familiar to you. Topics such as OpenShift/Kubernetes, CI/CD, developer platforms, APIs or application integration you can classify professionally and discuss with technical specialists on equal terms.
• You structure complex technical and organisational contexts, derive a clear direction from them and set viable priorities even with differing interests.
• In collaboration with various stakeholders, you communicate clearly, create orientation and convince through impact rather than formal leadership.
