Customer Service Employee

This position is temporary for at least 6 months with the option of permanent employment

Shifts 06:45 - 19:00 in the day team Mon-Fri.

Tasks

• Independent answering and processing of private customer calls
• Adherence to the quantity and quality targets set by the group leader
• Ensuring cooperation with other groups of the Contact Centre and other departments
• Responsible handling of sensitive information and data, especially compliance with banking secrecy and the Clear Desk Policy
• First time right: reducing repeat calls through active listening and professional customer advice

Requirements

• Customer- and service-oriented personality
• Confident German skills and good French skills (at least B2) or German skills and good Italian skills (at least B2)
• Initial professional experience
• Team player, efficient working style, cheerful and friendly person
