ZurichYour Tasks
- You take over the organisation and management of a care team (day and night) and ensure a motivated, well-functioning team through appreciative leadership and clear personnel deployment.
- You ensure the care and support of the residents together with your team.
- You ensure compliance with the house rules and conduct professional (conflict) discussions with the residents, always aiming to find constructive solutions.
- You work closely with social workers and psychologists in an interdisciplinary case team.
- You actively network with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the best possible support for our residents.
- You bring your experience in complex tasks and continuously develop processes further.
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training (EFZ level)
- Further training at professional examination level (HF/HFP) is an advantage
- Leadership training
- At least two years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a care environment
- Very good German skills (at least level C1) in spoken and written form as well as proficient use of MS Office applications
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends
- Empathy, agility and a strong understanding of conflict situations as well as teamwork skills characterise you
- You keep a cool head and act professionally even in demanding situations

Your Salary
Your gross salary for a 100% workload is expected to be between 85,000 and 105,000 Swiss francs per year.
The exact salary depends on your education and professional experience. During the selection process, we will determine your salary based on our salary guidelines. Applicants who do not yet have the required knowledge or experience may be classified below the salary range in individual cases. Additionally, AOZ pays allowances for work at night and on Sundays. Further salary development depends on your performance and AOZ's financial possibilities.
