- Work preparation, scheduling, follow-up and system maintenance (data cleansing)
- Creation of work orders, assembly of the corresponding components
- Preparation of order packages for the specified implementation partners
- Material management and inspection
- Testing the connection to the installed devices
- Activation of the telecom provider's end devices
- Compilation of the new connection parameters
- Support in case of unsuccessful initial commissioning
- Continuously update planning according to work progress
- General administrative tasks
- Receipt of unsuccessfully completed orders including reprocessing
- Telephone and written correspondence with partners
- Ensure order completion according to plan, receive, check and release for further processing
- Completed Swiss apprenticeship as an electrical installer EFZ, electronics technician EFZ or IT specialist EFZ (important)
- Technical basic knowledge must be present
- Experience in work preparation, follow-up and especially in system maintenance
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Very good PC skills (SAP desirable)
- Careful and precise working method
- Well-groomed appearance (some customer contact)
- Experience in dealing with customers
- Good development opportunities

- Home office partly possible after training
