Your Tasks
- You coach and train your team professionally - from onboarding to ongoing development
- You ensure quality: process controls with a four-eyes principle
- You stay operationally involved and handle cases in vested benefits, occupational pensions and debt collection
- You lead the team in the absence of the team leader both personnel-wise and professionally
- You contribute to projects, working groups and business process management
Your Profile
- Several years of experience in the service sector, ideally in social insurance
- First leadership experience, e.g. as deputy team leader or ad interim
German at C1 level, French at least B2 - Italian or English an advantage - You remain confident even in difficult conversation situations
- You think networked and entrepreneurially, quickly recognising connections
- You take responsibility, make decisions and reflect on your actions
