Payroll Specialist 50% D/E

Your tasks

• Independent handling of the monthly payroll processing for approximately 150 employees
• Maintenance and management of personnel, payroll, and time management data
• Preparation of HR key figures, evaluations, and reports
• Advising and supporting employees and managers on questions regarding salary, social insurance, and payroll
• Participation in year-end tasks, audits, as well as the further development and digitalisation of payroll processes

Your profile

• Further training in payroll, social insurance, or HR with a federal professional certificate
• Solid professional experience in payroll as well as good knowledge of labour law and social insurance
• Very good German and good English skills
• Good MS Office skills; SAP and Abacus knowledge advantageous
• Structured, precise, and responsible working style
• Service-oriented, committed, and team-capable personality
