Baar is an attractive municipality in Zug with around 25,000 inhabitants.

For our properties in the centre, we are looking for a committed individual as Team Leader Maintenance Group (UHG) starting January 2027 or by arrangement.

What you can achieve

• Leading the maintenance group for properties in the centre and kindergartens
• Organising and supervising maintenance, cleaning and repair work
• Ensuring operation, cleanliness and preservation of the properties
• Coordinating external service providers and acting as contact person for users
• Assisting with events, material management and on-call duties

What you bring

• Training as a caretaker with a federal diploma or equivalent qualification
• Professional experience in building maintenance and leadership experience advantageous
• Independent, reliable and service-oriented working style
• Technical understanding, organisational skills and good IT user knowledge
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and on-call duties
