We offer you the position of:
HR Business Partner 50% (M/F)
You will be entrusted with varied tasks:
- Implement and manage the HR strategy within your business sector (approx. 100 people).
- Recruit new employees and retain and develop internal talents.
- Support and advise employees and line managers on the employee lifecycle and change processes.
- Actively participate in future HR projects.
- Regularly liaise with other HRBPs and HR Services in German-speaking Switzerland and work closely with HR administrative support and on-site training.
You will lead us to success if you:
- Have a higher education in HR (minimum federal HR certificate).
- Have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Possess natural interpersonal skills and an innate service and solution orientation both in writing and on the phone, while maintaining confidentiality, negotiation skills, and a flair for numbers.
- Are autonomous, efficient, pragmatic, naturally optimistic, multitasking, well organised, and able to set priorities and manage stressful periods.
- Have excellent knowledge of German and French, both spoken and written (minimum level C2).
- The 50% position ideally spread over 4 to 5 days.
