We offer you the position of:
HR Specialist 50% (M/F)
You will be entrusted with varied tasks:
- Recruiting new employees and retaining and developing internal talents.
- Drafting work certificates and attestations.
- Coordination with colleagues from HR Services for transfers and centralised correspondence.
- Advice on maternity leave, retirement.
- Various correspondence and administrative support for ongoing projects.
- Deputising for the HR Business Partner for French-speaking Switzerland
For our mutual success, you bring:
- Commercial employee CFC and continuing education in human resources (completed or ongoing personnel assistant certificate).
- Excellent knowledge of German and French, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in IT tools (MS Office) and experienced user of software such as SAP, e-recruitment, time and absence management.
- Natural interpersonal skills and an innate service orientation both in writing and on the phone, with a sense of confidentiality and discretion and a flair for numbers.
- You are autonomous, multitasking, well organised and able to make connections, responsible, dynamic, enjoy teamwork and can manage stressful periods.
- Ideally, we imagine the 50% spread over all days, to be discussed.
